Home Credit Recognized in Prosple’s 2026 Top 100 Employers for Fresh Grads

Home Credit Philippines, the country’s leading consumer finance company, has been named one of the Top 100 Employers for Fresh Grads for 2026 by Prosple Philippines. This achievement marks the company’s third consecutive year on the prestigious roster, signaling a sustained commitment to cultivating the next generation of Filipino leaders.

The 2026 rankings showcase Home Credit’s dominance across several categories by placing 9th in Employer Overall and 7th in Best in Recruitment Process. These were complemented by 10th place in Best Culture and Best in Diversity & Inclusion alongside 16th place in Best Reputation (Employer Overall).

Prosple’s recognition is derived from the students and recent graduates through a survey and verified experiences of current employees. This validation reflects Home Credit’s efforts of equipping early-career talents and acknowledging their great contribution for the organization.

“We see fresh graduates not just as new hires, but as future leaders who will shape the direction of our company,” said Barbara Mecua, Chief People Officer of Home Credit Philippines. “This recognition affirms our commitment to creating an environment where young professionals are supported, challenged, and given meaningful opportunities to grow. Their success is closely tied to the long-term success of our company.”
